Patio, Walkway, and Gutter Cleaning in Monroe, WA

My neighbor John's walkways, back patio, and gutters needed some pressure washing. It's surprising how doing some simple gutter brightening can really make a property shine from the street. Doesn't take much time either. Apply chemical, in this case I used diluted LA's Totally Awesome, scrub them thoroughly with an extendable RV brush, and then full rinse on 3/4 pressure from about 2 feet away. Makes the property look new again and the owner seemed very satisfied! Win win!
