Disclaimer: When actively engaged in pressure washing, please avoid large water drawings such as running washing machines or dishwashers. This could disrupt the water flow to our pressure washing engine and disturb the cooling system which could result in damage.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.thoroughsoftwash.com (“Site”) and your engagement of services (“Services”) provided by Thorough Soft Wash (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you accept and agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, soft washing, and related cleaning services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Specific service details, pricing, and scope are outlined in written estimates or service agreements.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates: Provided free of charge based on property inspection or information you provide.
Validity: Estimates expire 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated.
Additional Charges: Subject to adjustment if project scope changes, including extra labor or materials.

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: Not typically required unless specified beforehand on larger projects
Final Payment: Due immediately upon job completion.
Late Fees: Payments more than 30 days late may incur a 25% late fee.
Accepted Methods: Cash/check preferred. We also accept credit cards and PayPal

4. Service Scheduling & Cancellation

Scheduling: Must be mutually agreed upon, subject to weather and availability.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to $250.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Clear outdoor area of furniture, vehicles, decorations before we arrive.
Disconnect fragile electronics and seal interior openings.
Provide safe working conditions, including access to electrical outlets and water.

6. Site Entry & Access

You authorize us to enter your property to perform work and confirm your ownership or permission. We will make every effort to access necessary areas without causing unnecessary inconvenience.

7. Damage & Liability

We take care to avoid causing damage, but Thorough Soft Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or landscaping issues beyond our control.

We are fully licensed and insured for work-related property or personal injury, but our liability will never exceed the total fees paid for that specific job.

8. Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee workmanship free of defects for 30 days.

Please inspect completed work and report concerns within this timeframe.

This warranty does not cover staining due to mold, pollen, or other environmental factors that reappear over time.

9. Termination

We may cancel or refuse service at any time due to safety concerns, non-payment, or breach of these Terms. You can cancel after fully paying for Services without further fees, unless otherwise indicated.

10. Photography and Marketing

We may take before and after photos for documentation and marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared. Please let us know in advance if you do not consent.

11. Use of Technology & Privacy

By using our Site or engaging Services, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not share or sell personal data to third parties without your consent, except for legal reasons.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—text, images, logos—is the property of Thorough Soft Wash or its partners. It is protected by copyright law. Although You may use Our images for reviews.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Site and Services are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
Limited Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, even if informed of the possibility.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Washington. Disputes will first be addressed through informal mediation. If unresolved, they will be settled in binding arbitration administered by “WAMA” in Seattle, WA under its rules.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on the Site with a revised “Effective Date.” as well as directly convey these changed Terms to our current customers. Continued use after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
